Despite the circumstances, I had a wonderful experience with Crumley & Roberts. Mr. Brittain and Coly took care of my case with compassion and was very professional. They made sure everything was done correctly without any questions set backs or red flags. They did not give me the run around they answered whenever I needed them. The client portal made it very easy to submit information and communicate. They responded very quickly and provided a solid answer. The entire team from start to finish made this process easy for me and my family. I greatly appreciate the entire staff at Crumley and Roberts. Especially during the pandemic. They remained professional and engaged and didn’t just brush me off. I’m glad I made the right call to handle my legal matter.

This is one firm that will actually know your case personal. They will not confuse you with other clients like many do became you are just a number to most. This firm was excellent. After years of applying and appealing with well documented disabilities, I was constantly denied for social security disability. They came through and do all the necessary leg work for me. All I had to do was give doctor's info and they did the rest. I am very grateful for their expertise, empathy, and professionalism.

The paralegals and office staff at CR are lovely, always responsive and helpful - they make the firm. I think it would behoove the lawyers to be slightly more transparent on initial consultation of what the end goal or a realistic settlement could potentially be as well as legal barriers one could face, and educate the customer on some of the laws that may potentially affect their case, and also their fees. I'm an air traffic controller, not a lawyer and other then fostering/adopting haven't dealt with the legal system so I didn't ask those initial questions and should have. Just something for future customers to think about. The online portal is great for record retention and seeing where you are in your case, it's user friendly so even an elderly person could use it. I chose CR because I wanted to hand over my problem and walk away without swimming through paperwork and struggling my way through a legal process; they did that, so thumbs up.
