I have gratitude that so many people found that their case was handled appropriately, but being very transparent I must admit that was not my experience in the least. This has been the most unprofessional, unresponsive, pulling teeth for information experience I’ve ever been in. I had to fire them for incompetence, and I suggest that you do your due diligence in seeking legal counsel, and not retaining a facility that takes on entirely too many clients. We’re 3 months in, and every conversation has been spent trying to refresh my lawyers memory on who I am, and very important details of my case. This leads me to believe that they are taking on entirely too many clients and are unable to handle the work load. Beware.

Everyone is very nice and took care of my case very quickly! After I contacted them I didn’t have to worry with the headache that the insurance was causing me, they took over and got me what I was owed from the accident.
