Matt was excellent. My wife and I were caught in the middle of a tug-of-war between family members selling the house we were purchasing. Our closing date kept being delayed and moved multiple times over several months. My wife contacted Matt and within just a few days, he had our entire situation understood, documented, and summarized. He then communicated his recommended plan of action with us. The following Monday morning we were in court. That afternoon we closed on our new house. After months of back-and-forth with the parties selling the house, Matt helped us and resolved the issue within a week. We highly recommend his services.
