During COVID -19 I had a bad back injury as a nurse in the ICU. The attorneys and staff were a godsend and I just wish I had turned to a worker’s comp attorney sooner. They guided me through a very difficult time emotionally and physically when I wasn’t being treated appropriately by my employer. They made sure I got a fair settlement when my case was closed. I highly recommend anyone with a work injury hiring this firm! They will work hard to ensure you get the appropriate medical care, time off, and compensation.

Ted is a great lawyer. He helped my parents settle after their accident. Their pain and suffering was enough of a burden without worrying everyday about how to pay for medical bills and a new car. I loved working with Tiffany McGinnis for my personal property damage claims after my car accident back in January. I’ve never hired a lawyer for any purpose before, and neither has my family. We were really unsure of the process, and honestly a little apprehensive. We took this law office on from a recommendation of a family member who knew Chip Hinnant as an old school colleague, and we were honestly so grateful. I think if you haven’t hired a lawyer before, you might not know it will take a while to process. We called in, nervous after not hearing anything for a while, and that’s when we got to meet Tiffany. She was wonderful from the start! She provided us lots of updates on how things were going with a certain, testy insurance adjuster, and was always prompt with a response to our many, many questions. Her patience with us, and her determination to get the insurance company to fork over the money we were entitled to was just unmatched. They were all kind, professional, and super informative and patient with me and all of my questions (this being the first time I or my family have ever had to engage a lawyer's services). For reference to anyone wondering, I had a relatively simple case where I was 100% not at fault, and it took from about mid-February 2023 until early December 2023 to get the medical claims portion settled (mostly due to how long insurance typically takes), and this is considered pretty average turn around for one of these cases. Just wanted to add that for context for anyone who may not have previously engaged a lawyer and didn't know the timeframe that they could expect for a resolution.
