I worked with Robert Herford for my personal Injury case, and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me during the entire process. Right from the first phone call, he explained how everything worked/was going to work, answered all my questions (I had a lot), he was unbelievably kind and patient with me. He communicated with me timely and frequently on how the case would go and how it was moving. I was injured and had never worked with a lawyer before; Robert made the process seem simple and always put my mind at ease. My dad had some questions about my case also and Robert even took the time to speak with him and answer my dad's questions and I truly appreciated that. I had a great experience with Ted A. Greves & Associates. Dr.Ted and his team were always there for me after my serious on the job injury. They kept me informed and battled hard to get me the best outcome and money for my claim. The insurance company for the Workmans Comp fought about everything, but Dr. Ted was with me, and he fought back. He won everything that was fought over. I would use him again in a minute if I ever had the need to. If I had an Automobile Accident, Disability Claim, Injury at work, or anything else I'd use him and know that I was in great hands. Dr. Ted was easy to talk to and he returned all my calls and emails etc. Thanks for everything, we will always be family.
