Mark Sampson the worst lawyer ever he tried to swindle us out of our money he tried to offer us 1000 for a wreck where I was hit in the back and he never really worked on my case to the point we had to get him removal don’t go here they are not going to get you back what you deserve

I’ve been waiting almost THREE MONTHS (after a year and a half after the accident) to get the agreed-upon settlement (which is extremely low as it is). Communication has been terrible. My contact there has advised me to contact the insurance company myself when in fact, that is what THEY are getting paid to do! RIDICULOUS! I am getting ready to file a complaint with the NC Bar and advised these people that I will be doing such. I would have been better off representing myself. Do not hire this joke of a law firm or trust them. They do not have your best interests in mind. Over a year and a half since my accident and I am still waiting for a resolution. Every step of the way, I had to push for communication. RIDICULOUS. I can’t stress this enough. Steer clear of these people. STEER CLEAR. I may have to get another lawyer to sue them to get the money I’m owed for the claim they were “representing” me.

I recommend using Ted Greve & Associates for your personal injury cases. My case was very complicated and there were a lot of curve balls thrown our way. Attorney Mark Simpson and Ted did their very best to get us the best outcome and honestly, it was a great outcome with so little to work with. When I was ready to settle, he continued to negotiate on my behalf for a better settlement amount and to my astonishment, he got me almost doubled the amount than what I was ready to settle for previously. After a car wreck, I needed help dealing with the aftermath. The associates at Ted A Greve went above and beyond to help me get the care I needed and a settlement. They were professional and helpful all throughout the journey.

I wasn't sure what to expect when all of this first happened. I was told not to really expect anything. Everyone involved kept in contact with me all the time and answered all my questions no matter the time. I am very happy with how things were handled and how they turned out.

I wish I could give a zero star review to be honest. Robert Herford was my attorney and the personal injury side of my case was so grossly mishandled that I honestly wish I'd handled things with the at fault insurance carrier directly. If you go with this firm, you WILL NOT be correctly informed. When you address it they will say, "well you didn't ask." What??? You will have to chase information while also trying to get well. You will have to follow-up and follow-up while your file is set aside for people's personal matters. And in the end you will find out that you were consistently misinformed, and your personal insurance had to cover medical bills when you were rear ended at a red light by a commercial vehicle and the lawyers get to walk with their part of the "settlement." Please don't put yourself through what I've been through the past year. I feel violated all over again.
