I repeat do not get this law firm assistance on any cases. This firm act like they was in the car accident. The adjuster guy Darryl is so rude and very unprofessional. They don't respond back till they get ready. Also the attorney name Mark he ain't no better. They act like if their working with at fault insurance company. Therefore please do your research on this firm first.

Vehemently incompetent! Do not use this firm, you and your family will regret it!!

Alex assisted us in obtaining a just outcome when our daughter's vehicle was hit by another vehicle. This was our first time that anyone in our family was involved in a situation such as this. Alex was great in explaining the steps and walking us through each step. It could have taken a lot longer for it to be settled, but thankfully it did not. We appreciate your help, Alex!

Receptions is really rude and have an attitude, I just called to asked for email of case manager to send over some info. I never disrespect her and treated me like I was stupid

My dad talked to Justin about his case and because it was on speaker phone; I could hear that Justin lacked empathy and didn't sound like he cared nor did he let my dad finish telling him what happened to him. Lawyer or not or whether you could help or not, kindness and empathy goes a long way. My dad has really had a traumatic experience and Justin to me didn't care about the person, just the next case.

This law firm is absolutely incredible. Chip has been absolutely phenomenal, he is so smart and kind. He has been working on my case for quite some time, and he has always been very honest and has worked so hard. Katrina his paralegal has gone above and beyond to make sure things are in order. She even gave me a ride to the office for my deposition since we only have one car. Then, I was super nauseous and sick when we got there and she went to the store and got me some ginger ale. She has the sweetest and kindest heart and people like her and Chip are few and far between. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this practice!
