Please don’t waste your time on these con artists. They will string you as long as possible just to talk you out of your case if it has to go to trial. They are not in it for you, they only want cases they can get quick settlements out of court.

I'm so disappointed in the way my children's case is being handled! The case has changed hands several times, funds are missing and no one can tell me exactly what's going on! The children' s funds were never placed into trust when the office assistant insisted it was then the lawyer Mark Simpson called me to inform me that the court sent them back their money and he was going to FedEx the children's checks from his office which is in Charlotte to a person in Raleigh North Carolina to have them drive back to Guilford county to put the funds in e-courts e-court is an electronic system. I was given a tracking number that had no starting address and no finishing address just a destination which was Garner no address I don't know if I'll ever be able to trust the people at this law firm ever again.

I had a family member that was injured in a slip & fall incident in a senior living facility. That facility in Mathews, NC treated an 88 year old resident as a third world citizen, unlike their advertising. Ted Greve and his associates willingly accepted this action despite a number of difficulties in litigating this claim, especially with lack of cooperation by the facility. It certainly opened my eyes to the deceptive advertising done by this McKee Road senior living facility. The facility employees, management and their insurance company stonewalled all attempts to come to a reasonable settlement hoping that their "resident" aged to a level before this would ever be presented to a court/jury. Ted Greve and his associates treated my family member with compassion and honesty, and pressed the facility and their insurance company very hard to get a resolution that was acceptable to a 90 year old; yes, the facility delayed two years. I would HIGHLY recommend Ted Greve and Associates. They truly are compassionate and concerned, they listen and fight every step for their clients.
