I was involved in a vehicle accident earlier this year and I reached out to Adam about my injuries. Everyone at the firm was very professional and worked hard to get me compensated for my injuries and pay off my medical bills. When you’re in need of help, it’s very hard to endure the additional burden of trying to find someone who will take your issue(s) seriously. When you couple the lack of public understanding surrounding legal work and the subsequent need of firms to heavily discriminate regarding the cases they take on – it can be really, really difficult to find an attorney. I had been the subject of a wrongful termination, and probably attempted to contact no less than a dozen firms (multiple times, each) to determine what my obligations and options were. No one picked up the phone. No one returned emails. For all of their beautiful advertising and credentials, their professionalism (from my perspective) was suspect. In short, they all wait for the answering machine to occasionally reveal a winning case that a block of wood could plead victoriously in court. …All except for SeiferFlatow. They were different. Firstly – THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE. Secondly – they have a wonderful staff that documented a summary of my issue(s), and scheduled a follow-up consultation. They were professional, personable, and incredibly kind. I consulted with and hired Arcangela Mazzariello. Arcangela (“Arc”) was exactly the type of legal counsel and representation that I needed and wanted. She articulated the constraints of a legal challenge in North Carolina and the EEOC requirements that go with it. She did an excellent job of expectation-setting and in helping me understand why certain aspects of the construction and management of my case were a priority. Legalese can be really intimidating for someone that didn’t go to law school; and she did an outstanding job of breaking things down in a way that I could digest them. Most importantly – she’s honest. She gives you the good, the bad, and the ugly – so that you can make informed choices. Not everyone likes real honesty. Everyone says they do – but so many people will tell you what they think you want to hear. Arc didn’t do that to me. She valued my time and my energy by not wasting it on fluff or wild goose chases – and that means a LOT to me. The best kinds of experiences inspire brand / personal loyalty – and I can’t imagine ever taking my legal needs anywhere else at this point. I have been dealing with this firm for years over mixture of things. Worker’s compensation. Little issues here and there( nothing criminal thank you very much haha but i have seen there work on it and they are phenomenal in that department to). I have sent them other clients (one criminal, one accident, with personal injury, and one workers comp) they treated my friends and family like well family haha once one of them driving 40 mins to Davidson NC to see my in-laws that got hit by a car! Because I truly believe in what they do they earned my 5 stars which is hard to do. Matt and Adam, Jamie, Ryan, Missy. The paralegals! I dealt with Jessica and she is awesome. They have my back. I will say they can be a little on the high side on prices which would naturally to anyone bring them to 4 stars BUT lol you get what you pay for. 5 star Excellence, GREAT communication And attorney’s that have top lawyer awards from everywhere more then i care to count.
