I don't know where to begin in describing my satisfaction of the work that Missy did in representing me in my divorce. She uncovered a few key elements that I was stunned to find about my ex near the end. Her professionalism and focus was relentless. Very much worth the money I spent. I am very proud of the members of this firm. I see first hand every day how hard they work. I want to specifically mention our Family Law department headed by Jamie Filliben and Missy Koch. They do a great job for our clients and we get amazing feedback on a daily basis. The Family Law Department prides themselves on customer responsiveness. No client should ever go a day without a callback or email response and I know this department thrives to exceed that expectation. In addition, they are very detail-oriented and make sure that every document that leaves the office is impeccable. Let me take a moment to discuss each of them individually. Jamie is one of the finest trial attorneys I have seen. In terms of District Court litigation (where Family Law matters are heard), he has thousands of hours of experience advocating for clients. He is an extremely aggressive litigator, maintains his professionalism at all times. When it comes to in-court lawyering, Jamie has both the natural talent and the years of experience necessary to present a case in the most advantageous way for a client. Jamie is also a great writer. He understands that being a good courtroom attorney is useless if you do not prepare the case with detail and precision. Finally, Jamie has a reputation of being highly responsive to his client's needs. The man simply loves being on his phone and his client's appreciate his accessibility. Missy is also a fine courtroom attorney who is known for her never-back-down approach to litigation. She will never be accused of being pushed around in court. Missy is also highly responsive to her client's needs and can be reached anytime from early in the morning to late at night. She is always working. Missy keeps the trains running on time at the office and is quite the task master. She personally makes sure nothing in the office falls through the cracks. Whether you have a huge case or a simple divorce, you get the same level of attention from Missy. In addition to Jamie and Missy, the Family Law department has an excellent paralegal (Brandi) who clients simply adore for her prompt attention to their issues and her strong personality when it comes time to get things done. Brandi also has a strong eye for detail and makes sure that filings are done with the utmost accuracy. Family Law is a tricky field because most people are hiring lawyers at a particularly difficult point in their life. Im so happy and grateful for this firm, with my situation i felt there was no light at the end of the tunnel, and going in to first meet them, Adam was real and honest on what might happen.
