I was working at my job when I was injured by one of my co-workers in an accident. My company didnt answer my questions and I was not getting into see the right doctors. I was also worried about getting fired since I heard about other workers getting fired when getting hurt at work. I went on this website and searched for workers attorenies and Matthew was one of the only ones that seemed to do both injuries and employment issues. I called his office and was given a quick time to come in and talk. He seemed very knowledgeble and gave me a sense that he could get the situation handled. I wont bore everyone with all the details of my case. I am very happy with how he managed it. His staff was excellent and his whole office worked hard for me. I am a very satisfied customer.

I got sued by my former employer over a bogus non-compete they forced me to sign when I was hired. I hired Mathew and he took the case and helped me through it. Mathew is not cheap, but he tells you what to expect up front and there were no surprises with the bill. I was nervous about the bill due to my job being in flux, but I am happy I hired him. Everything turned out well.

Hired Mathew when I got hurt at work late last yaer. I thought I was going to lose my job for sure, but he helped me with my case. Matthew handled my Workers Comp case as well as my Wrongful Termination case. I could not have asked for any better of am attorney than Matthew. After my initial consultation, they laid out a plan. I was questioning whether or not to let this go or stand up for myself. I was hurt at work pretty bad and when the doctor wrote me out, i was fired. Mathew was the first lawyer i found who was able to handle both. He filed claims with the industrial commisison and Department of labor. He followed up and kept me informed the whole time. We had a conference with the my employer and got both issues resolved at one time. It was refreshing to have one lawyer who was incredibly smart in both areas of law.
