Bill Powers and his staff made the difficult situation of my son's first traffic ticket stress free. Once I contacted Bill's office his knowledgeable staff walked me through the process and told me what to expect. After the hearing, I was notified that the citation was for improper equipment which prevented any points from being assessed to his license and no increase in our insurance premiums. He did a great job.

I was very impressed with this firm. From the moment I sat down with Bill Powers, I felt a huge sense of relief concerning my case. I was also encouraged to know that the members of the team were working together to help on my case. Mr. Powers’ incredible attention to detail helped to win a case for me that I did not feel was possible to win. The whole team was with me through every step which makes a big difference in such a stressful ordeal. I would not recommend using any other firm in Charlotte.
