Great Tax Attorney lawyer and enjoyed my experience.

I called in as a potential client and the male I spoke to @12:30pm EST on 8/7/2024 was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I briefly gave him a description of the issue and he said that the firm couldn’t help, no problem. He then went on to say he’d like to get more information. Again, no problem. He then used that opportunity to tell me that I’m describing the issue wrong. I let him know that my husband will be bought out of the trucking company that he is 1/3 owner of. The business will continue and restructure without him involved. The representative, in the most condescending way, says “that’s a sale, the business is being sold”. He cuts me off, tries to belittle me. Terrible experience. We’re dealing with a lot money and if we’re going to give any firm $5k plus TODAY to represent us, they better have people in the office with basic respect. They missed the mark on this guy.

These people are making false accusations that my girlfriend stole expired write-off groceries that were to be thrown away (they were thrown away) at an estimated value of $1,200 from a Dollar Tree/Family Dollar (her job) and have been sending us mail adding an additional $500. But they have no proof of anything and said that the line was recorded and the camera watched her do it. They don't have cameras outside their building, not even on the front door. The line wasn't recorded or the guy that called would lose his job, and they brought it up to her two weeks after the accusations were made. These guys should be behind bars for ruining innocent lives. Mr. Michael, I hope you read all these reviews and it helps you understand the amount stupidity that flows from your mouth 👄 and keyboard.
