After experiencing the stress of trying to finance a full rehab project along with filtering through contractors, I'm happy I decided to go with M&S. The process was very professional with no issues or surprises. Ton'a did a great job of keeping me updated if anything was needed with very little delay in responding, and attorney Kelly Brown did an excellent job of wrapping up the process with a very efficient closing. I will definitely use M&S with my next project!

I would definitley recommend Jason and his team if you need help with a loan modification and avoiding foreclosure on real estate. I had purchased some land in the height of the market in 2007 but unfortunately the developer went bankrupt. We had been throwing money in a black hole for seven years now, so we reached out to Jason to help us figure out the best way to minimize our losses. Jason was very helpful and very knowledgeable about these cases. We are thrilled that we got him on board our case as he was able to negotiate a new loan with the bank to where we are no longer throwing money away. Our outcome was better than I was expecting. Jason and his team are the best. Our home was in foreclosure and the bank would not work with us at all, would not even talk to us. Jason is a true mortgage modification professional who does what he says, and delivers results. If you find yourself needing a loan modification, do yourself a favor and talk to this former trial attorney and prosecutor before giving money to some random "loan mod" company.
