Kelly Brown and her staff provided professional and timely legal services.

Kelly was a great asset in helping me navigate my first business investment contract. She listened to what I wanted and helped me structure the document to fit my unique requirements while ensuring that I was on sound legal ground for the future. I will definitely be using her services again in the future. She is a fellow “Cane” as well.

My last few experiences with real estate attorneys were very impersonal and I got the feeling that they felt like they were doing me a favor. I had always went with the lenders or a realtors recommendation. Not this time. McGrath & Spielberger handled my last closing I hired an attorney that represented my interests. A firm that was responsive, professional and easy to work with. Kelly Brown was my closing attorney but my main point of contact was Ton'a Hawgood and she was excellent. After the closing they emailed me when the deed was recorded and sent all of the closing documents in a 3 ring binder. Their service was outstanding!

I had a great experience working with Jason McGrath and ultimately got more returned to me from a shady business than I expected. They are not cheap and yes they bill for every transaction including reading your emails. However, I felt that the costs were billed correctly for the professionalism and knowledge that I received. I'd use them again if the need were to arise.

I was referred to this firm by LegalZoom for a business legal problem. After that was resolved, I used the firm for the seller side of residential property transaction. The buyer's attorney was wiling to do both sides of closing, however I opted for my own representation. Even with slightly higher fees of this firm, I saved about $1000 due to M & S successful advocacy about taxes due in the closing. The firm did fine job for me.
