Jim Spielberger is hands down the BEST attorney that I have ever had. His knowledge, professionalism, critical thinking, follow up, and care for his clients have completely exceeded my expectations. As a businesswoman, I highly recommend Jim as he has helped me with complicated matters in real estate, landlord/tenant laws, as well as numerous personal legal matters. I feel so lucky to have him as my attorney and I trust him 100%.

Would not recommend. Low sense of urgency to resolve matters in a timely fashion, lack of accountability, did not show value. Edit: This businesses response just confirms my feelings. My dissatisfaction revolves around how they notified their clients of my attorney’s departure, but that’s only a small piece of the issue. Their lack of acknowledgement affirms they either aren’t paying attention, or choose to overlook my complaints. I was promised certain legal actions would be taken in my case, but they did not happen in a timely manner. Specifically I was told in June 2018 a motion was being filed, it was never filed. I followed up months later in August (a conversation that they of course they billed me for), again in Oct, and again in Jan. Each time getting billed for asking for status on something that should have already been done. Hence my comments - no value, no accountability, and not handled in a timely fashion.

My experiences over many years have all been positive and accurate. I fully recommend.

Waste of money. Paid 200 for them to tell me they cant help me. I know its business but felt like they knew from the beginning they could not help me. Wont be using the service again.

What a professional, fast, efficient experience! Lee Peindl consulted with me in regards to a Landlord / Tenant dispute and was very knowledgeable on the subject. He also suggested some edits to our commercial lease to protect us in the future. I could tell that he was well versed in his practice of law. The lease edits proved his expertise. Would definitely use them in the future!

Kelly Brown and McGrath & Spielberger helped us though a difficult situation. Though time was not on our side in the situation, Kelly and her team absolutely did not let that affect their performance in getting us closed. I had three attorneys tell us it could not be done. Well, Kelly did it!
