We hired the lawyer Emory in October. I was told to contact the insurance company and handle everything myself. Well what do I need Emory for?! They are so evasive. Never get a response after leaving messages. Can't get an update on our case. No one EVER calls back. And the lawyer never wants to meet or talk to us about ANYTHING pertaining to our case. Bad business! Stay away

From my experience dealing with Emory law firm James and Emory are WORTH the wait. It has been times where I would call and call feeling left out Because the receptionist Luz is the only person I would be able to vent too LOL she would also still remain so professional even though times I was very frustrated and very upset because I felt like nobody would give me any NEW information other than waiting on the adjusters. My case started in October and was completed with great satisfaction in January. What I didn’t know is that they were working so hard to fight for me not taking anything less than what they felt I deserved I mean they really looked out and I uses them twice already. Emory is really worth the wait it’s takes a while because they are Actually doing work and a lot people use them obviously Is what I figure out. I would recommend Emory without reservation.
