Not such a good experience with this law firm. I was hit by a driver that did not have a license last year. The attorney that started the process disappeared and I was told she was no longer working on my case 2 weeks before the horrible settlement. The entire process was a waste of my time, the paralegal that I had was unprofessional, and lacked empathy . I could’ve settled on my own and received the little compensation that I got! It wasn’t even enough to replace my car that was totaled and NO EFFORT was made to get more compensation that I deserved! I’m currently still suffering severe back pain and am having to pay for my therapy on my own. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!

Randy is one of the best lawyers I have encountered. He was very patient and thorough in explaining the legal ramifications of my situation. On November 19 of 2017 i was hit by a driver not paying attention to their rear view mirror which completly destroyed the right side of my car! The drivers insurance company tried to say that they werent responsible for the damages due to a car not involved in the accident what so ever that had pulled out in front of them! After hearing the conclusion of the insurance company and not having access to any means of transportation i was completely stressed out until the day i recieved a call from an attourney by the name of james from the emory law firm! He expressed to me that what was being done to me in this situation was completely unfair and that he would be willing to fight for my case provided that would be the route i chose to take which i did! The process was long and tedious, but thought out the whole thing, james kept me well informed and after almost 3 1/2 months of going back and forth with adjusters, james was able to get me a settlement of 7000.00 + for bodily inguries and damages done to vehicle! All of which has put me in a postion to get a new reliable means of transportation and take care of my doctors fees! I would just like to say how COMPLETELY SAFTISFIED AND APPRECIATIVE i am of the emory law firm and my attourney james!
