I'm fully aware of the complex issue that I presented during the consultation. However, like I stated in my initial review, it's your demeanor and how you presented yourself to me. You did not seem genuinely motivated to even discuss the issue with me. It was "business as usual" for you and your office assistant. You need to be aware of that going forward. Maybe that's how you're accustomed to interacting with people, but I definitely felt it was unwelcoming. I spoke with Eric recently during a consultation, and he seemed so negative as to my options in resolving the issue, instead of trying to help me find the best solution. Although I paid for the consult, his demeanor and tone of voice made me feel as though I was wasting his time. The paralegal, Jessica presented the same abrupt and negative demeanor. It seemed as though they simply wanted the fee and seemed annoyed with truly helping me. This is not the sort of attorney I want on my side.
