My law group tackle all y'all and kickz azz

Called to ask about two separate situations. One for deeds and another for litigation matters. First time I called, the secretary was very rude on the phone and just said she would call back when she could. Two days went by so I called back, again the same rude secretary. He again took my information and hung up. Ms. Houston called me back and said that she doesn't handle litigation so I said that's fine she could help me with the other situation. She said to find another attorney that would handle both. But I needed help then with the deed, but she did not want to take my case. It would be in everyone's best interest if she removed herself from the services she doesn't provide since it was a waste for me to wait for a call to then be told that she wouldn't help at all.

My experience with this law firm to obtain a title search, and opinion of title, and title insurance on vacant real estate property in Mecklenburg County has not been completed in nearly three months there has been know bona fide reason why the work has not been completed. I would not recommend this Law Group and will notify the Legal Club of America that this GPS Law Group does not provide real estate service in a timely manner.

My Church Unity Fellowship Church of Charlotte, had a very difficult and challenging legal matter, to ensure we closed on our property! 12 years stuck in an endless, HIGH conflict, custody dispute...and still never having a final permanent custody order, prior 5 (FIVE) attorneys all handled their clients (me) in similar fashion- extended response times, bill driving by way of endless phone calls with opposing party council to "negotiate". hardly a peep or a meeting in months then they show up to court having absolutely NO grasp of the situation and grossly underestimated the narcissism and lengths opposing party would go to just to "win". 5 lawyers, 5 hefty retainers (all depleted long before court date-with NOTHING to show for all that "work" they claimed) nearly every court hearing ended with continuances, short term temp orders and my daughters life in scrambled chaos... I know Mr Barnes was different from day 1, he listened to every story, he was engaged-asking questions and repeating important parts to ensure he heard and understood exactly my words- He was cool and level headed, no nonsense and CHILD FIRST, attorney who won't drive up your bill with necessary stalling tactics. within 1 year we FINALLY had a permanent order in place that was written to reflect the BEST INTEREST of my daughter-based on the the situation as a whole-not generic half truths. She is 19 years old now and shows little signs of her chaotic, ever changing, emotionally charged childhood. Without a doubt Mr. Barnes is responsible for finally putting a stop to the vicious unbreakable cycle that was destroying her childhood, putting his efforts towards diffusing parental disputes- putting an immediate end to child fueled ammunition, refusing to acknowledge pettiness between parents and NEVER "playing dumb" or leaving unfinished business. He is fair in his retainer and hourly fees and worked with me-letting me handle the footwork as much as I could to keep my costs down and the case on track. 100% Richard Barnes is the BEST choice attorney in the Greater Charlotte area-probably the entire state. A true Diamond in the rough!

Received a call back from a very RUDE attorney Connelia Houston. I read the reviews prior to calling but thought I would try anyway. This is not someone that should be referred to by the company that referred them. I will surely let them know how rude he was when he called. And if your not able to assist why are you on the list? Remove yourself so that no one else will waste their time calling you.

I recommend GPS law group. They handled our business professionally, efficiently and quickly.

Mrs. Helms went above and beyond to explain and answer any questions or concerns I had. She was a true blessing thru this process
