I received a speeding ticket out of town that was going to require us to appear in court. This was going to be near impossible due to the nature of my job and being 4 hours away. I received a speeding ticket in Union County where the speed changes from 35 to 45 in a half mile radius. My ticket was 15 miles over the speed limit. I have not had a ticket in over 20 years. We just moved here from NY and did not realize a speeding ticket is considered a criminal offense and I would be paying dearly with my insurance rates. I called 2 other lawyers before Mr. Weaver. One never called back the second e mailed me back and never responded again. When i called Mr. Weaver's law firm he answered the phone! I was impressed with that alone. He explained the process over the phone and than e mailed me all the details. A week before my court appearance everything was negotiated to improper equipment.
