I would highly recommend Larsen-Weaver! I recently received multiple violations - speeding, speeding in a work zone, and unlawfully operating a vehicle in a designated HOV lane. Those violations were costly and impacted points against my license and insurance. The attorneys at Larsen-Weaver provided excellent service at a very reasonable rate and were able to get my violations reduced without any impact to points to my insurance or license. I got a ticket for speeding in Charlotte, NC. I reached out to Larsen Weaver PLLC for legal help. Matt handled my case. We had a brief telephonic conversation only once at the beginning when he asked few basic details from the citation (even he didn’t ask copy of it – when I asked if he needs a copy, he said that he would get it from court) and rest of the communications were in email only. Though my case was postponed for couple of times (that's not because of Matt, but the magistrate did not enter the dispositions until a later session), but at the end, Matt successfully negotiated the case to improper equipment, which means I’ve not received any license or insurance points. If I can summarize my experience of the interaction with Matt (including emails) here: • Very professional approach – even if I left the voice mail, he would return the call/ reply in email • His email was articulate and to the point - If one would follow his instructions, the rest of process he would take care of • He would try his best to negotiate the case successfully in your favour – for example in my case, due to multiple postponements, he followed up with the head magistrate and the magistrate agreed to remove all costs and fines associated with the charge, except for the state mandated fee. Therefore, the total owed to the court came down to $50 instead of $263 (saving of $213) • Finally, he would send you the case outcome copy and methods of payment options, if applicable • His legal fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend his service!
