I am trying to obtain an attorney to make an appeal for late husband's VA claim. Because I live off grid it is difficult to get call backs.

A mistake by a driver, who drove into me as a pedestrian, changed my life. I've been waiting on calls and results for over a year and a half... Sometimes I get to speak to my attorney and most times it's the really sweet/professional paralegal. I know things happen and patience is a virtue, with that being said... I've called at least once a month for updates, if I didn't I WOULD NEVER KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON! Last call was returned saying the adjuster dropped the ball and things were gonna have to be done over. The last letter I received was April 28th, is October 22nd as of today annnnnd nothing since! I regret the day I agreed with my medical therapist to accept their referral for this firm. I was shocked to see sooo many positive reviews based on my experience! Perhaps my case wasn't BIG ENOUGH to matter... I'm going there in person today to get an update and file an in person complaint. If you're shopping for a firm to represent you and keep you informed, THIS AIN'T IT! NuffCed.
