I was in an accident last year with so many firms to choose from I went with Marcari as the process was started with a home visit due to my accident being in Charlotte. Zachary Poole aka Zac my lawyer has been easy to speak with and always explains everything to the tee! There was a little mishap in communication when my paralegal Jessica transitioned to other opportunities, however Zac was sure to rectify the lines of communication immediately! The staff that answers the phone lines are always pleasant and easy going! The timeframes provided by Zac were pretty within the timeframes he provided. As I reside near Raleigh, I am able to have access to sign off on any items through the local office and they in turn work with the Charlotte office which is great! Zac has been one of the best lawyers to work with as I know I can be a little extra at times!

I used sperry law for my refinance. Michele Manning was my paralegal and she was great. My husband and i were not able to sign during officr hours so another paralegal, Domenica came out to our home and helped us by explaining all documents and notarizing everything. Really appreciate how smooth they made they process everyone was so helpful!

Not a good experience with this firm. Poor communication throughout the entire process. Even when settlement was done they didn’t reach out. Just a NO don’t do it!!

I was involved in an accident October 2021 and Initially met the Attorney in November. Between then and now I have been contacted 3 times in regards to my case. I've called and left numerous voice messages and have been told that I would be contacted through text which has not happened yet. At this point I am considering seeking counsel elsewhere or just settling with the insurance company myself. I definitely would have came out better if I handled it myself from the start.

Zach Poole is the MAN!!!!!!! If you want somebody that truly fight for you and can get you all the money that can be got this is the law firm you need to choose... There FIGHTERS!!! ALWAYS kept in contact.... They truly care... And will not stop till u get what u deserve AND FOR ME IT WAS MORE!!!! Zach Pool is truly a great attorney when he took over my case I didn't think I was going to get that much back and before it was over with what I was going to get back actually tripled because he took the time to look into other matters and other places where more money could be found!!!
