They stood the test of time! Once the dust settled with internal transitions (juggling attorney's) all was well, anytime I called I was given an update. Yes I would recommend, just be patient.

Mr. Pool and miss Kimberly were awesome. With handling all 3 of my cases in a timely manner. I Couldn't ask for better time!! And I would recommend them highly to everyone I know Very professional detail oriented and family oriented. Thank you all.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with the paralegal staff. I submitted information about an incident that another law office referred them. I was contacted by Dina, she only asked one question and as i was trying to answer the phone became disconnected. I called the number and was told she wss on another call and that she would call me back. That never happened. I received a text and an email stating that my case was not accepted. I called the number agian. Dian started lying as if she actually talked to me. I tried to make a complaint because of her lying, Dina put me on hold for 8 minutes. I called again and Stephanie answered, i asked how do I file a complaint about a staff member. She went on this wild goose chase. She changed my words and tried to deflect the reason of my calls. It was the most unprofessional interaction with an law firm.

I was treated great in the beginning. The legal assistant assigned to the case seem not to have a clue about what was going on once payment was made. I was given a window that I placed me in dire straights. I asked for a loan was lied to about the details because she didn't know. Then to add insult to injury she asked well how would you pay your rent if went getting this money. As a disabled parent facing eviction with a 17 yr old on the way to college that's was so inappropriate. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVEIWS FIRST . Nothing against the team but Whittney leaves something a little less to be desired.
