My poor mom has neem trying to settle her claim for a car accident for 11 months now. For 5 weeks now we both have been leaving messages and have not received ONE return phone call. We are going to need to take some sort of action. Good luck to anyone with a claim.

Fast in responding. Once they took the case I was able to sit back and relax. Other then answering a few questions. I had to do nothing, but wait. I tend to wane on patience when I know I'm getting something. Thanks to Mrs. Sheila Hemingway; she was so helpful in keeping me updated and posted of any changes. Very thankful to you Ms. Sheila
