I have been using the Firm for many years. They are my go to for Nc & Sc real Estate transactions. It’s a testament to a great firm by their communication alone!!! Quick to respond, very helpful and knowledgeable. I am constantly calling as a Realtor, owner and Broker in Charge. The staff is pleasant and if you need a quick closing, they can take the task on!
Owning the Century 21 Providence office many of the agents have had deals run smoothly and have the firm as our top referral company. Both George and Ryan are top notch!

Sperry and Hatley have been my trusted Real Estate Law Firm for my entire career. They are extremely important for me because of them my clients get their tittle, transaction transfer and all of their records. Also, they do it all making my clients and myself feel comfortable, welcome, and care for. I'm always able to talk to my preferred paralegal Michele with any questions.
