This law firm is the best law firm I have ever done business with .. I would strongly recommend them to my family friends or anyone that needed an attorney for personal injury claims . Zach Poole was my attorney and he works out of the Charlotte NC office. Zach was very professional through out the whole process of this case . He kept me informed about everything going on with the case and he done it in a very timely fashion . I didn't have to call into the office and leave message after message to get in touch with him because he would keep me informed ahead of time . . Also his paralegal Jessica was awesome as well about keeping me informed about what was going on with my case . I was very pleased with the outcome of my settlement and I feel like they both worked very hard at getting me the most that they could .. Now that my case is settled I will truly miss both Zach and Jessica because we had become friends I was not just a client .
