Very unhappy with the phone consultation.. Never spoke to a lawyer, a lady that didnt identify her position.. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone I was suppose to se Michael Cleaves in Dtatesville NC.....No return phone call, nothing...Statesville office needs shut down .... Not sure why the headlinbe is lawyer gròup I didn't visit...

I had a great experience with my case back in 2014, therefore when my wife got into a car accident this past February I referred her to this office. I do regret my decision, we couldn't get anybody to call us back for months. Also do not accept their recommended rehab or chiropractic, their treatment costs are over priced. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE EVER!

After my accident,being rear-ended by an unattentive driver, my life started getting quite complicated. Zachary Poole is good at what he does as is his assistant Rachel. They handled my injury case and kept in contact with me throughout the process. My wreck was in November of 2018 and they settled my case in August of 2019. I think that is a very quick turnaround.
