Used this firm to deal with beaurocrats in a particular school district who thought they were the law. These guys are hellatiously expensive but you get what you pay for. One letter and all of a sudden the seas parted and the problem we were having was resolved. Apparently their reputation preceeded them... squeeze Grandma for the money if necessary but if you want results, call Epperson.

absolute HORRIBLE customer service as other people have said on here they took my $ and did nothing>>>>> jerked me around for a whole year and the tragic thing is it cost me not to see my son.. firm is rude and incompetent stay away folks
