From start to finish, my experience with this Law firm and its entirety were awesome. There was great communication throughout the process, questions I asked were answered with truthfulness. I recommend this law firm to anyone searching for dignity and greatness as that’s exactly what I experienced.

As a licensed Private Investigator, I could have chosen any of the numerous law firms i worked for to handle my divorce. Having an understanding of the issues of a divorce including custody, asset protection, and infidelity, I can honestly say choosing James to represent me was the easiest decision I made in the process. Despite being over 2 hours from Charlotte, James was even able to predict who the opposing counsel would be. His firm is well prepared to help you through this difficult process.

Mr. Epperson is an excellent attorney. He and his staff represented us in a family court matter where we as grandparents were seeking visitation with our young grandson. We were forced to find an attorney outside our county and was blessed to find him thru an internet search. From our first meeting we knew he was the attorney for us. He explained up front that in North Carolina Grand Parents Rights are not easily obtained thru the courts. Our case involved court in two different counties with many obstacles being placed in our way. He put together an amazing case which convinced the Judges to rule in our favor many times. In the end not only was visitation awarded but full custody of our grandson was granted. Thank You James Epperson and Staff!

I just wanted to share my experience with Epperson Law Group. My attorney, Steven B. Ockerman was the best choice that I could have possibly made when selecting an attorney. He is very familiar with both civilian and military laws and ensured that I received all that I was entitled. Divorce is an extremely emotional time and I am very grateful that he and his staff were there to support me during such a difficult time in my life. This law firm puts on a good show but the fact of the matter is you get bounced around between lawyers and many key details get lost in the process. They have huge egos and I found that more often than not I was put off and ultimately was just a number. The Personal service is terrible and I would not recommend using this firm if you want lawyers that make you feel like you and your family matter matters. Find someone else! The fee is outrageous for the service you receive.

James and his office staff are always ready to help answer your questions and concerns. They are kind and supportive. James is aggressive and an amazing attorney.
