Herb Auger and his team did an excellent job handling my auto accident. They got me a fair settlement! Missy did an excellent job communicating about every aspect of my case. They set the expectations up front in regards to time frame. They told me it would be a year before settlement but it was settled sooner. I was never left wondering what was going on. In fact, I only emailed them once with a question during the process simply because they are so proactive in letting you know what’s going on with your case. I’ve dealt with numerous attorneys over the years and they by far are among the BEST! I highly recommend!

I was recently involved in an auto accident and looking for an attorney. Mr. Auger, although not being able to take on my case, gave me great insight on how to handle the case proceeding forward, as well as explaining to me how to read and view my police report when no other attorney had gotten back to me with any information at all. Needless to say and from my view that attorneys won't really help you unless there is money involved, I can say that the 2 short 5 - 10 min phone calls with this man and this firm have absolutely shattered that preconceived notion. In the tough situation I am in words can not describe how truly grateful I am for his time and advice.

Jackson is an amazing professional and a wonderful person. He was patient and answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. I feel like he went above and beyond, especially since this was our first will and estate plan. I made a bad decision that was very costly and Williford Law RESCUED me. I ended up filing a lawsuit against one company and then a settlement agreement with another company. Needless to say, we WON BOTH cases. Jackson, by far is the VERY BEST Attorney anyone can have. Why? I don’t know where to began, but If I could give Mr. Auger and his team at Auger and Auger 10 stars then I would. My parents were in a car accident on October 27,2018 and we hired a law firm in Charlotte NC to take the case, that law firm was the most corrupt firm I’ve ever dealt with. For over a year they had my parents case and only heard from them TWICE. We would call, and email them on a weekly basis but never heard from them. We finally got a call back from that firm and were told that the insurance company for the people that caused my parents accident was only willing to pay $1,500 TOTAL. So we fired that firm and hired someone else, the other firm was a solo attorney who we found out didn’t even practice in NC so she was fired. Finally, I did an online search for “Best accident i jury attorneys in Charlotte,NC” and Auger and Auger was at the top of the list. I sent a msg. And immediately the very next day I received a phone call from Mr. Auger himself and that’s when he said “I can definitely help you”. For an entire year after hiring Auger and Auger I never once lost communication with them and every single email, phone call and text msg. Was replied to in less then 24 hours and most of the time almost immediately and it didn’t matter the time of day or night, Mr. Auger himself would contact me each and every single time. Like I said, if I could give them 10 stars I would without any hesitations because THATS how good and professional this firm and it’s team are and were with me and my parents. They put YOU first before anything else and will get you the most amount for your injuries and that’s exactly what they did for us. I will recommend Auger and Auger to anyone who needs a top of the line attorney or law firm because other lawyers do the talk and that’s ALL they do but this firm does the talk and walks the walk and that’s exactly what they did for us and we are 100% satisfied.
