Very dissatisfied will speaking to the lawyer for help. Purchased a home in Waxhaw, and was looking for help in regarding safety for my family, and knowledge in regards to HOA fees. The lawyers name I believe was Brian said his rates are 250 and hour and I am not the person to assist you.. stay away from this firm as they are useless!!!

John Potter has been a real pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in a very simplistic manner so the average person can understand how / why the laws are written. He is very attentive and asks questions in such a way that not only helps him understand your goals, but also helps you think about what type of goals and expectations you should be considering.

John was very patient and thorough during our meetings. Listened well,and asked meaningful probing questions. This was a big step for us to take (creating the plan) and John made it fairly,easy for us to get this done. Overall experience was very good!

Have a 12 year relationship with this firm doing our estate planning. They do an amazing job of taking what can be a very complicated process and educating their clients. My wife and I feel extremely secure with the plans we've laid out for generations to come thanks to this office.
