We worked with Tom Gorman for estate planning and wills. Tom was wonderful. He held us accountable to make tough decisions that we had procrastinated. The whole process was done in two office visits and all documents were done in two weeks. Very efficient and affordable fixed fees.

Spent more than 15 minutes on the phone with Attorney McCully for help with a commercial Real Estate deal, he gave me a turn around time of 5 days to complete an easement, then after a previous attorney was contacted to transfer the work to Gorm Law, minutes later I get an email stating this verbatim "We withdraw from any and all representation of you. You will need to find other counsel." ... Strange and Unprofessional to not include any reasoning behind this. Very Odd, Waste of Time.

Brian McCully was professional, attentive, and efficient. He kept me updated throughout the process and explained everything in a manner I could understand while not wasting any time at the closing table.

It was a pleasure working with John Potter when we created a family trust. He guided us through the several steps required to establish and load the trust. To us, this is a fairly complex process, and John took the time and effort required to understand our particular situation and needs. It was (almost) fun to see how the protection of our assets was being accomplished. John is creative in finding solutions to situations that lie outside of the ordinary. We were never rushed and never felt that any of our questions were too simple or too complex to answer. John is experienced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The same can be said of Donna McRee, who handled some of the details associated with loading the trust. She conscientiously followed up on all outstanding items until everything was completed.

We really enjoyed working with John Potter in the creation of our personalized estate plan. He methodically laid out the process and the components of an estate plan. He then tailored the plan to our unique situation and our desires. He presented the necessary documents in an understandable way and gladly answered our questions in the office or on the phone. The end result was a plan that we are comfortable with. He continues to update us on changes to the laws. We are very happy with John’s services.

John Potter leads a very professional, highly qualified organization. I have found him to be a very approachable person, easy to talk to, and someone who will take time to answer any question. As an example, this session on “Tax Reform” is indicative of his desire to bring different topics before his clients.
