ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE ATTORNEY AND STAFF!!!! Would give 10 stars if I could. Answer the phone, keep you informed, are honest even if it’s not good news, give honest advice, move very fast and are just all around good people and Paul is a great, down to earth regular guy who doesn’t act better than and explains things so you can understand. Moved to NC for a dream job and had an accident within a month where I was hit from behind while at a full stop on the interstate by a vehicle not paying attention and going full speed who was then hit by another vehicle which created a second impact with my vehicle. My vehicle and my injuries were bad to say the least. I didn’t know anyone so I went to the closest attorney to my home(NOT PAUL) and the treatment/guidance I received not only from the attorney but also my insurance company was beyond horrible which caused me to end up losing my job after uprooting my life due to inability to work and lack of guidance on how to manage that situation. I headed down a really bad road mentally due to my injuries especially issues with my head from the crash. I fired my previous attorney and Thankfully I was referred to Paul Robinson Law and he took me on and literally started fighting for me DAY 1 getting me a med pay check I was entitled to through my insurance within 48 hours that I was told was not possible by my previous attorney. That first check helped more than I can put into words and then he immediately went to work. Setting up appointments for me to get better and handling all the legwork like appointment times, deferred payment and everything you can think of so I could just focus on getting better. In the end I wouldn’t even call it a settlement because Paul ended up getting me the absolute maximum amount possible for my case. I am so thankful to him and his team for everything they did for me. I don’t know where I would be today if I had not been referred to Paul.
