Paul was honest with how long the process for a car accident settlement would probably take, from start to finish.
If you select him to represent you or your family, be patient, but you won't be let down.
I would say he was fast acting, friendly, informative, gave me plenty of insight with possible scenarios, and answered any and all questions that I had. Not to mention highly personable.

Paul Robinson initially represented me when an insurance company did not want to pay my medical claim. I was extremely satisfied with the results.
More recently, I bought a used truck at a dealership and they sold me a extra warranty. I was told I could cancel the warranty at any time and get my money back. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They gave me the runaround for almost 3 months. After Paul got involved they immediately reimbursed me for the total amount owed on my warranty.
Thanks Paul, a friend for life! I would highly recommend, James R Stone.

Attorney Paul Robinson and Heather did a wonderful job on handling what seem to be a nightmare of a situation for us. From the first time meeting them both they were eager to help and very professional, knowledgeable but down to earth people . He was definitely more concerned about the client than the money he would be paid. You can not ask for a better Attorney and Paralegal for auto accident. He goes the extra mile for his clients!!!
