I am so glad that I chose this law firm to represent me. Kristen Dewart is an amazing attorney who is organized, professional, and takes the time to learn about her clients. She actually cares about people and I couldn't have asked for a better person to represent me. My case was a challenging one, but she helped me get the best possible outcome! This is a great law firm and Ms. Minick is a very good, empathetic lawyer. They handled my case with first rate service. Everything was explained and laid out for me step-by-step. The office manager (Jeannine) sent me follow-up emails, so I was always prepared for whatever came next. Having to go to court is stressful, they made it less so. I highly recommend.

VERY VERY BAD experience here. Once I found them to represent me to the court, they asked me pay immediately. Then, they kind of disappear. Every time I reach out to them, they said they would call me back later, but never called me back again. The result was they failed to represent me at the court hearing, and I didn't know until I got a letter from DMV that my driving license is at the risk of being suspended and I had to pay the citation and extra fine and also I got 1 point for my driving record. They took the money and did nothing and then disappear.

I hired them for a simple case years ago. All they did was string my case along for years till they just stopped showing up for me in court. I had an FTA and had to pay an extra $400 because of their unprofessionalism. Would not recommend, please seek different legal help if you can.

Long story short, they failed to represent my father at his court hearing for a traffic violation ticket. When my father tried to renew his license a year later, he was told that his license was suspended. This was all due to the fact that they failed to appear in court at his hearing. When this was brought to their attention, they could not find a response as to how this happened and simply stated that his case had fallen through the cracks. I understand this can happen; however, my father had notified them of the letter he had received of his license suspension a year prior and they reassured him that they would take care of it immediately. Undoubtedly, they did not take care of it and made things a lot more complicated for my father. Needless to say, services were terminated.

My prior review concerning this company and Attorney Dewar I made without first consulting with Attorney Dewar. But after a lengthy one on one conversation with Attorney Dewar I have had a change of heart and will say that this attorney was very attentive, professional and help educate me surrounding my legal endeavors.
