I contacted this law firm for my granddaughters sake because she had gotten a speeding ticket. She’s in her third year college and also works full-time and she drives back-and-forth from Charlotte to Southport to her home so she couldn’t afford to get her insurance rate go up or points on her drivers record. They got the ticket reduced without involving her insurance or her driving record and that to me is amazing and I really really recommend this law firm. They are so NOT professional at all. I had court the 17th of May, the lady answered the phone wouldnt put Otha otp bc he was too busy. She proceeded to ask how she could help me, I told her I had a fever and other stomach problems too, she said "What's ur name sir" I tell her he said "Please hold".... Comes back and says "He will handle it for u today call back after 5, we'll tom and someone will lyk ur new courtdate ".... When I say me and my wife have called 30+ times, that's an understatement and left numerous messages only for NOONE to call either of us back.... My wife called the CoC only to find out everything this woman said was Bullarkey- period.... LIES, LIES, FULL OF LIES.... Noone has yet to answer me so I'll be going up there myself to the office and MAKE someone talk to me bc this is my life their toy-ying with....
