Great attorney and very honest

Very unprofessional. Katie has not returned my call, and when I call shes always on lunch or on a phone call. Never even got to set up an appointment with an attorney. Its been over a week now and still have not received a phone call. Would not recommend! 0 Stars if I could. Do not waste your time.

I really wish I could give a better review because I have heard good things about Jay and was recommended him by another attorney. However, I called and left messages for over 3 weeks with no response. Finally, I showed up to the office, gave information, and was told I’d get a call. No call. Showed back up and was told he was not representing for any cases out of Cabarrus County. Not very happy that it took over 3 weeks for them to let me know that. Hopefully others don’t have the same experience.

I chose this law firm immediately after being unsatisfied with the representation of another law firm who specializes in tickets, popular online... After shopping around for new representation I was immediately satisfied, since my first interaction with Allison Flanagan. I am out of state and totally forgot about a ticket I had acquired during a work trip in NC. Allison immediately told me the outcomes that could be with Jay White as my attorney. Jay White and his team at this law firm are phenomenal. This is a transparent, honest, and aggressive firm, you will not go wrong with them. I told them the issues I was having with the other law firm and how scheduling would affect my military career but they really made things happen. Consider this law firm I am really happy I went with them.

I had the pleasure of having Jay White as my lawyer for a speeding ticket and failure to heed. He was able to get my ticket reduced To a nonmoving violation with no points on my license plus the failure to heed was dismissed. I was so worried when I found his office, he and his staff put me at ease and were highly communicative throughout the whole process. I FOR SURE RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS TEAM!

The lawyer's at this law firm lack honesty, and integrity. They'll take your money, and tell you what you want to hear, even when it's illegal just to make another dollar.

I would not recommend this lawyers firm. They do not return phone calls, even after reaching out to them several times
