During the month of May I received a traffic citation for 64/45. I called Mr. Dukes office and explained the situation. Mr. Duke provided me with great options and did not beat around the bush with fancy jargon. Mr. Duke reduced my citation to improper equipment which meant 0 points on my license, no insurance increase, and just had to cover the price of the court costs. Mr. Duke is knowledgeable and experienced, down to earth, fair priced, and easy to communicate with. When I had questions he was great with response time. My overall experience with him was excellent! If you're in a bind and need a great traffic lawyer, stop with him, he's your attorney.

I originally thought I would tackle my traffic case without a lawyer, but considering the charges, I opted to have a lawyer give me some legal advice. This office was quick to answer and they were thorough with their questions. Mr Duke called me back with his legal advice, gave me a rundown of what I might expect and was good at giving me the consequences, without all the legal jargon so I could understand. He delivered and got the case dismissed! I would highly recommend his office to anyone.

I was an out-of-state driver that got a traffic citation for 76 in a 60 zone on I85. Ken was extremely responsive, transparent and helpful. His fee is fair and he was able to get my citation dismissed, keeping my driving record clean and saving me hundreds of dollars in court fees and fines.
