I am so happy with how Ken Duke handled my case! I was charged with 81 in a 55(21 over). Ken's suggestion was for me to perform 21 hours of community service. I chose to do that at the Central Texas Food Bank in Austin, TX. That was very rewarding and humbling. I ended up not owing any court costs thanks to Ken. He is the best attorney and I consider him a friend!

The experience was painless and successful. Mr. Duke was very responsive and knowledgeable, he fully explained everything to me about my case and it went as predicted. My ticket was reduced to the minimum and best of all no insurance increases and driver’s license points! I was highly pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this law firm.

Mr. Ken Duke represented me in court for a traffic violation of 80 in a 60 mph zone. This was my very first ticket. Although I was at risk of having my license suspended, Ken was able to have my case completely dismissed without it affecting my insurance or being on my driving record. He responded to my emails accordingly and was very effective when it came to communication. Very awesome lawyer!

I am very happy to have had Mr. Duke to represent me in traffic court. I live in Charlotte so our communication was done online. He is knowledgeable, experienced and gave me good advice on what steps to take prior to my court date. I didn’t even have to appear. This was done in a quick efficient manner, which made me feel like he gets me. This terrible experience with Highway Patrol turned out well with his representation!

Kenneth Duke is and excellent attorney. Easy too work with responds quickly and knows the law ! Hopefully I'll never have to use him again but if I do he's the only lawyer in Durham County that I would hire !
