Had a great experience, thanks to Jessica and Tatiana, they made this case simple and to the point, I didn’t have to do anything because they took care of it all. Amazing team and would definitely rec come down.

Terrible company I do NOT recommend! -no communication (you will be reaching out several times for case updates as they keep you in the dark, at some point I was resending the same emails to my paralegal several times due to lack or response ) - they do not listen to you they hear only what they want ( I told my attorney I didn't want to settle on my current offer and asked approx. How long it would be for a new offer she advised 2 weeks followed up at 2 weeks and she claims she didn't know I rejected the offer) - unprofessional (this is a big one) from the very beginning I should've seen the flags! 1) When you first call the person answering the phone is rude they speak to you like a child and will not except your case unless they are certain they will win, 2) they scheduled a meeting with me at an inconvenient time and I had to call them after waiting because they never called me for the meeting then" they didn't know what happened why I was never called ". 3) attitude don't dare question them or you will get one, 4) they asked for my insurance information to pay my medical bills so I provided it when my case first started I reached out 4 months later when the new year started and updated it for my on going medical expenses they gave the hospital the wrong insurance information! 5) They will drag out your case and blame the other insurance company - You will win your case BUT you will owe more money then you receive!!!!!! I can go on and on about this company but it will become a rant long story short...... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM you will regret your decision you have been warned (this is your red flag!)

The year 2021 was a tough one for me to say the least! Aside from covid-19, I fell at work & had many injuries, I had no idea how I would get through the months to come. I saw a commercial for The Law Firm of James Scott Farrin, so I decided to give them a call. They were all very pleasant & understanding of my situation. I was quickly assigned an Attorney for my case & with him, of course a paralegal. Josh & Lauren worked great as a team to make this journey smooth & less painful.
