I was in an accident in October and didn’t know what to do. JSF helped me with all the details and kept me updated with the progress being done with my case every couple weeks! Highly recommend JSF to anyone who needs a lawyer, they’re great!! I worked with Jennifer and Molly.

In the beginning they were very promising but now its at the end seems like majority of those “promises” are not being held. Hardly no communication & seems like no communication within the team either because one person will explain something then someone else will come right behind them and give a totally different explanation. I settled my case per the attorney’s recommendation on May 17th it was approved by the industrial commission within that same week and then approved by a judge the first week of June it is now July and I’ve still yet to receive nothing. The attorney Told me I would receive my check no later than 14 days after it’s approved or that I would be entitled to a 10 percent penalty if it went over that threshold. And it did but yet another attorney told me on yesterday that its not 14 days its 24 days. So glad Im smart enough to record every single conversation wether it was via phone, email, text, or zoom. Also said the insurance company issued the check and they received it on June 23rd and it would take a week to process so I could pick it up on June 30th. June 30th came and they called me & said they sent the wrong amount and had to reissue the check and when asked why am i just now being notified the day of they told me they thought it would be here in time. So i called back spoke with someone else they told me that the check was the right amount but it didn’t clear for insufficient funds. So they wrote a check they couldn’t cash just so they would be within that timeframe and wont be penalized. But when I contacted “Travels” the insurance company they told me otherwise as well that the check was issued weeks ago and it has been cleared and I should’ve received the funds 2 weeks ago. So its a lot of deception, negligence, and miscommunication with this law firm I am not pleased nor satisfied. And don't think they deserve 25 percent of my settlement.

Good In the beginning then start not to care after the months go by, They change the numbers around every time you speak to them and just want their cut and don't care how much you get. They call you once every other week and never want to meet in person. Don't work with Jessica Plummer she acts like you're bothering her and gets an attitude when you're trying to get details about the case settlement. Try a smaller Firm that actually cares

I was very impressed by not only how Mr. Jordan explained all the details of my case to me, but how he never stressed that I should hire him. He spoke in terms of an attorney in general and what one could expect. Very impressive, very helpful!
