Best Law Firm Ever - Love these guys

Helped my wife with a workers comp issue. Friendly staff very helpful.

The staff at JSF were a huge relief from day #1 (one)! They made everything less stressful in one fell swoop by answering my questions and becoming the advocate I needed fighting in my corner.

They stayed in constant contact with me, they always kept me in the loop, when it pertained to my case. Even helping me get my long term disability, even though it wasn’t part of my case. All the employees I was in contact with, were very professional and helpful.

My situation is ongoing and I couldn't be more satisfied with everything thus far. Attorney Harlow sincerely cares about her clients! I feel so much more comfortable with the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin. I had no idea the Firm did Employment Law. Had I known, I wouldn't have used the first lawyer I had that honestly felt like they only cared about getting paid. IMMEDIATELY, my new lawyer hit the ground running. She told me options and best approaches right away. Time isn't wasted as I know she and Cole are working to support me. They actually KNOW what they are doing! They jumped into my brothers case without any hesitation.

I can understand if they don't want to take your case, but it's frustrating to be told "you will hear from us within 24-36 hrs" and nothing except a letter in the mail a week or more later. Also, I've recommended them several times and they've taken everyone I've recommended to them. Also, their initial customer service people are not trained well at all and some cannot understand English. 🙄 It's a very frustrating and time consuming affair!

"Stands up for those who have been wronged, because it's the right thing to do"... unless it's not going to make us a lot of money. Then, we won't call you back because we are that unprofessional. Must be nice being too big to fail and not having to care about the little guy anymore. Only use them if you're seriously injured and guaranteed a ton of money.
