Christopher Bagley and his team handled a class-action suit in which my mother and I unfortunately found ourselves to be members. I will save you all the gory details, however I just want to highlight the fact that Mr. Bagley and his team worked tirelessly to reach a resolution for the students who had been wronged, even though the letter of the law was not written in our favor. Mr. Bagley and his team were willing to pursue litigation until there were absolutely no alternative options. Mr. Bagley was contracted to handle the class-action suit on my behalf but he was kind enough to write a letter to the department of education to help persuade them to cancel the student loans I had incurred while attending school that has since been shut down by the government. Mr. Bagley and the team were highly responsive with a fast turn-around rate of communication. On one hand, I felt involved throughout the entire process, in that I was able to make the ultimate decisions about how I wanted to proceed with the issues that pertained to me. On the other hand, I did not feel overwhelmed with any of the decision that I made because everything was explained carefully and all of the heavy lifting was handled by Mr. Bagley and his team at James Scott Farrin. 10/10, would recommend!
