At first we were represented by a large law firm and they did nothing for us. Eventually we had to fire that company and Wallace Pierce Law took over our case. We were very impressed how professional they were and we always thought that they were working in our best interest. They were always in contact with us with a follow up with regards to our case and we are really pleased with them and grateful for everything that they have done for us..

I was hit by a car while biking to work and contacted Wallace Pierce for representation. They agreed to represent me and I signed a retainer agreement. I gave them all the facts of the case up front- including that the cops had given me a "driver exchange form" but never a formal accident report. They called me multiple times to follow up on the case, get more of my medical information, ect, and assured me everything was going fine. I was incredibly relieved when they took my case and reassured they would handle everything. I had been in pain for weeks, going through rehabilitation, and was glad that the legal parts of the situation could be taken care of. A month later they called back and said the fact that the cops never filed an accident report was a problem, and they weren't willing to represent me. I found the fact that they backed out on this case very irresponsible and disrespectful. There is no way I don't have a case- they have even admitted this- I got hit by a car while biking in the bike lane. If you're looking for a lawyer, find one who wont lead you on for a month and back out when the case gets even a little bit complicated. DONT go with Wallace Pierce.
