Accidents are just that! The unexpected happend to my kid when he was side swiped by another driver. Wallace Pierce Law firm walked us through every single step of way. We were unsure of what to do, but they were. They were concerned not only about getting our vehicle replaced, but more importantly my kid’s full recovery. Wallace Pierce took care of all the details and helped us to focus on our child. Their professionalism and expertise gave my husband and I such peace of mind! Overall, I was very impressed with this law firm. Initially, I found out about this firm through the NC Bar referral. I had the expectation that I would have to pay $50.00 for a consultation. However, I was pleasantly surprised that my initial consultation was free. I spoke with Mr.Pierce, who I assume was the owner. I had an instant impression that he had a deep passion for the law, and he gave me practical advice. He was very thorough in guiding me through the process. I left with a strong and positive impression of him. Furthermore, they followed up with me and offered me further guidance. In all, they went above and beyond for me, and I would definitely utilize their services again, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I want to share a few comments about our experience with Wallace Pierce Law. My mom was the one in the car accident but as her daughter, I took the responsibility to help her with searching for an attorney. I am very thankful for the job that this Law Firm has done in taking care of my moms case and going not just the extra mile but the many extra miles to make sure that the insurance companies stepped up and did the right thing. It would have been easy for anyone to have accepted the first offer and then be done with her so they could move on to another case but not this Law Firm. Attorney Pierce and his wonderful staff dug in and worked hard to make sure my mom was taken care of. Communication with the staff and Attorney Pierce was open and honest and I appreciate all that they have done for my mom.
