Received assistance with our closing documentation. Representative was very helpful and walked us through each step and stopped to answer any questions we had. Made the process much smoother.

After waiting an entire week for my closing check that was suppose to be overnighted, it is Saturday with no check. This means I will have to wait 3 more days for my check. That's if they even mailed it when they say they did. They are a disgrace to the legal profession. They just continue to lie.

Can't get a return phone call, left at least half dozen messages no call from lawyer. They didn't even do the deed correctly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, NOT VERY PROFESSION AT ALL. HOPE HE DOESN'T GET ELECTED.

Closing was at 10 am on the house I sold. Realtor texted me at 3:30 and said that deed was recorded. Called Woodall's office to find out that they close on Friday at 12 noon. The people who purchased the house manage to get the keys and take possession of the house on same day but I didn't receive a check for selling. Tried to leave a message, but his mailbox was full. Very unprofessional.

Very disappointed, it's Friday, our closing was at 10am now it's 610pm we have no check and the buyers are in our home. They paid, got the keys, but we have no money till Monday or whenever Seth Woodall decides to contact us.
