This is the 2nd time I've needed Seth Woodall's services. Divorce & Traffic Violation. He always comes through, and worth every dime. Down to Earth guy, knows his stuff, and gets the job done.

Seth Woodall was excellent to work with and I highly recommend him. Communication was great! He is well-versed in Real Estate Law. I found him to be direct & clear when speaking with clients. We had two calls with him. On the 2nd call, he was held up in court longer than expected, and immediately apologized for the delay when he got back to us at the end of the business day. He is a man of honesty & integrity, and I plan on using his office for our next real estate transaction!

We had some closing work done in this office. We were told we would be informed some time after lunch that we could come get our check the same day. At 2 my wife went to the office to pick it up because we had not heard anything and figured letting us know had fallen through the cracks. When she arrived the entire office was closed and there is no one to answer the phone. It is unprofessional to tell a paying client to come pick up a check after lunch knowing you will be closed and to not inform anyone of the mixup at all. Leaving it to us to find out why we are inconvenienced on our own. Not to mention my wife's name being wrong on the documents and that no one knew if we were even in the right place untill I gave the information 3 times.
