Helped reduce/resolve my ticket to non-moving BEFORE the court date by guiding me through actions to take, and then meeting with local DA on my behalf. Did not have to appear in court or meet with DA. Up-front about steps and cost, with no pressure to become client. Cost was reasonable, and was offset by the reduced fine. Great communication with office throughout.
